Alsoka Medical’s First Face-to-Face Training with ENT Specialist Jan Rombout

Alsoka Medical hosted their first 1-day Face-to-Face training covering Dry Ear Canal Cleaning Theory for Hearing Care Professionals and General Practitioner Assistants.

This training session was lead by ENT specialist Jan Rombout at the iconic location Brasserie De Zonnestraal in Hilversum.

The morning program consisted of theory focused on the anatomy of the ear, pathophysiology of the ear, recognizing referral situations and the techniques to remove earwax in a dry way.

In the afternoon there was extensive practice with microsuction and curretage on dummy heads and ears, using the direct binocular vision of the Vorotek O Scope.

The participants found it a pleasant and useful training. Some of the highlights of the feedback:
